    Find a merchant running COD Affiliates.

    Apply to their program through the public registration form. Most auto-approve. You'll get a unique tracking method on the spot: a duplicate product link, a personal referral URL, or a discount code.

    Promote where it converts.

    TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, blog posts, paid traffic, WhatsApp lists, email — whatever fits your channel. The duplicate-product method works best on TikTok where most ad-blockers and in-app browsers kill cookies.

    Commissions confirm when delivery confirms.

    Every commission starts as Pending. When the buyer receives and pays the order, it flips to Confirmed and gets queued for your next payout. You can see exactly which orders confirmed in your dashboard.

    Get paid by the merchant directly.

    Payouts happen between you and the merchant — bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, USDT, store credit, whatever works in your country. We're the attribution layer, not a middleman holding your money.

Why COD affiliate programs pay better
  • Higher average commissions — COD merchants compete with limited affiliate-marketing tools, so payouts are typically richer than mainstream Shopify niches.
  • Underserved markets — Latin America, Spain, India, MENA, Southeast Asia. Less crowded than US dropshipping, more receptive to direct response.
  • No card friction — buyers in COD markets often refuse to enter card data online. Your traffic converts because COD removes the biggest blocker.
  • Transparent attribution — see exactly which orders are Pending vs Confirmed vs Cancelled. No mystery deductions weeks later.
Honest disclosure: COD orders cancel more often than card orders (30–50% across markets). Your commission per delivered order will be higher, but your conversion-to-paid rate will be lower than a card-only program. Optimize for quality traffic, not click volume.
